Clinton Police Department

On 09/07/18 Clinton Police arrested Kisha D. Staley 39, Clinton on a Shelby County Warrant. Staley was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 09/08/18 Clinton Police arrested Crystal R. Holmes 56, Clinton for Retail Theft from Sav A Lot. Holmes was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 09/08/18 Clinton Police issued a Citation to Russell J. Ray 28, Decatur for No Valid Driver’s License. Ray was released on a Notice to Appear.

Chad Bright, 45, Clinton, was Arrested and Charged with Driving Under Influence of Alcohol and Driving on Suspended License.  Bright was issued citations for Illegal Transportation Alcohol; Driving while License Suspended; Improper Lane Usage; Driving Under Influence, BAC .302, and Driving Under Influence.  Bright unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Devell Hendrix, 30, Decatur, was Arrested and Charged with Driver’s License Expired More Than 1 Year.  Hendrix was issued a Citation for No Valid Driver’s License.  Hendrix posted the necessary bond and was released.

Christopher Byars, 48, Miramar, was issued a Citation for Speeding 71 MPH in a 45 MPH Zone. Byars was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Nathan Sams, 40, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding 76 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Sams was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

John Valentouich, 52, Mahomet, was issued a Citation for Speeding 76 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Valentouich was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Christopher DeRosa, 53, Park Ridge, was issued a Citation for Speeding 72 MPH in a 45 MPH Zone. DeRosa was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Shayna Waddell, 26, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding 77 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Waddell was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Alexander Bravos, 21, Saint Charles, was issued a Citation for Speeding 76 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Bravos was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jared Buzan, 21, Crete, was issued a Citation for Speeding 75 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Buzan was given a Notice to Appear and was released

Jennifer Taylor, 46, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding 77 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Taylor was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Cole Regenold, 33, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding 79 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Regenold was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Riley Mcdorman, 20, Lisle, was issued a Citation for Speeding 84 MPH in a 65 MPH Zone. Mcdorman was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jakob Hassebrock, 27, Hatsburg, was Arrested and Charged with Driving Under Influence of Alcohol.  Hassebrock was issued citations for 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence; Driving with a BAC .105 and 2 counts of Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Hassebrock posted the necessary bond and was released.

Sindy Hernandez, 19, Decatur, was issued Citations for Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Speeding 76 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Hernandez was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Robin Niehaus, 56, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding 80 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Niehaus was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Michael Wallace, 36, Beecher City, was issued a Citation for Speeding 78 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Wallace was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Janese Kellenberger, 50, Lamar, MO, was issued a Citation for Speeding 76 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Kellenberger was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Carrie Park, 33, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Park was given a Notice to a Appear and was released.

Bobby Arthur, 45, Lincoln, was issued a citation for Speeding (73 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Arthur was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Caleb Williams, 18, Rockford, was issued a citation for Speeding (87 mph in a 45 mph zone).  Williams was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Karen Earl, 41, Clinton, was issued a citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Earl was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Thomas Dixon Jr., 50, Hurst, was issued a citation for Operating a Uninsured Vehicle.  Dixon was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Lynn Phillips, 57, Romeoville, was issued a citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Phillips was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

William Dethel, 46, Moweaqua, was issued a citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Dethel was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Heather Kimmons, 50, Forsyth, was issued a citation for Driving on the wrong side.  Kimmons was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Cody Herald, 26, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm and Resist/PC Off/Corr Emp/FRFTR.  Herald posted the necessary bond and was released.

Stacey Ward, 47, Clinton, was arrested and charged with DRVG Under Influ of Alcohol.  Ward was issued citations for Operating Uninsured Vehicle; Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident; 2 counts of Driving Under Influence; and Leaving Scene of an Accident.  Ward posted the necessary bond and was released.

Tara Evans, 30, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Driving on Suspended License, Possess Cannabis/>10-30 Gram/1st, Possess Drug Paraphernalia and In-State Warrant. Evans unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Douglas Stoerger, 27, Monticello, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle.  Stoerger was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Alec Gisleson 20, Port Barrington, was issued a citation for Speeding (88 mph in a 65 mph zone).  Gisleson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
