CLINTON — William Frankin Adlai Hoffman, 67, of Clinton, passed away at 7:45 a.m. on July 10, 2018 at his home in Clinton.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 14, at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with J. Kent Hickerson officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Kenney. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, July 13, at the funeral home. The family requests casual attire.
Memorials may be directed to Barnes Jewish Hospital cardiac department or the National Kidney Foundation.
Frank was born on September 11, 1950, in Macon County, Ill., the son of William F. and Bonnie Jean (Reiter) Hoffman. He married Dorothy E. Burk on July 14, 1989, in Decatur.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy E. Hoffman, Clinton; step-son Jim (Jill Gordon) Nebel, Clinton; siblings Richard H. (Diana) Hoffman, Monticello, and Steven E. Hoffman, Maroa; six nephews, two nieces, several great nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Leonard E. Hoffman.
William retired from Caterpillar in 2005 after 36 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling.
