    The DeWitt County Housing Authority has developed documents related to the Annual Agency plan process for fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022, and the Capital Fund Program Annual Statement for 2023, in compliance with current HUD Regulations. This document includes information regarding The 2023 Capital Fund Program, ACOP changes and tenant charge updates.

     

    The documents are available at The Housing Authority Office located at 100 South Railroad Street in Clinton, Illinois. The documents may be viewed during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The plan and related documents will be on display for a period of 45 days. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Nixon Manor, located at 100 S. Railroad Street in Clinton, Illinois.

     

    Residents and general public will be given the opportunity to review and comment on the Housing Authority plans to utilize the 2023 Capital Fund Program (CFP) funding and all related documents.
