PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Judgment entered June 27, 2018, by the Court in the above-entitled cause, the property hereinafter described will be sold to the highest bidder.

Terms of the sale are: The property shall be sold to the highest bidder for cash due at the time of sale. If the Plaintiff elects and announces it at the sale, instead of a total cash payment, a minimum 10% of the purchase price will be required to be paid at the sheriff's sale and the purchaser will be required to execute a purchase agreement to pay the entire purchase price prior to confirmation of the sale. Notice is given of the death of SHIRLEY I. WIKLE of Waynesville, DeWitt County, Illinois. Letters of office were issued on July 30, 2018, to JOYCE SHELTON, whose attorney is Russell E. DePew of Depew & Dehn, 201 West Olive Street, Bloomington, Illinois 61701.

The Estate will be administered without Court Supervision unless under Sect. 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by e-filing, pursuant to directions set out on the McLean County Circuit Clerk’s website, a Petition to Terminate to the Clerk.

Claims may be filed on or before March 30 2019, which is not less than six months from the first date of publication of this Notice. Any claim not filed with that period is barred.
