CLINTON — Despite some strong offense and defensive play, which enabled the Maroons to make up their point deficit in the second half of Monday’s home game, the Maroons’ 8th grade ultimately lost to the El Paso-Gridley team.
The CJHS Maroons also were scheduled to play Corpus Christi and Mahomet-Seymour at home this week.
