11/04/24 Steven Crutcher 21, Clinton was cited for expired driver’s license more than 1 year. Crutcher was issued a notice to appear.

11/06/24 Trista Plotke 22, Clinton was cited for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Plotke was issued a notice to appear.

11/06/24 Brett Wilson 27, Clinton was cited for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Wilson was issued a notice to appear.

11/11/24 Drilon Ballazhi 20, Forsyth was cited for speed. Ballazhi was issued a notice to appear.

Arrests:

11/04/24 Tyler Hendrix 21, Clinton was charged with criminal trespass. Hendrix was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

11/07/24 Steven Moore 22, Clinton was charged with obstructing / resisting a peace officer. Moore was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

11/07/24 Steven Moore 22, Clinton was charged with armed violence, unlawful use or possession of a weapon by a felon, unlawful use of weapon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and revocation of pretrial release conditions. Moore was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

11/11/24 Michael Governale 49, Joliet was charged with driving under the influence. Governale was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to corrections.

Nov. 1-8

Umit Kapan, 60, Rantoul, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Kapan was released with no Required Court Appearance.

Brianna Hoff, 30, Decatur, was issued Citations for Speeding (87 in a 65mph zone) and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Hoff was released with a Required Court Appearance.

Erica Velasquez-Beeler, 49, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery.

Michael Stone, 40, Urbana, was issued Citations for Use of Illegal Tires and Expired Registration.  Stone was released with no Required Court Appearance.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
