CLINTON — Elizabeth Marie “Betsy” Buccini, 79, of Aliquippa, Pa., passed on March 12, 2024, holding her daughters’ hands at her home in Clinton.
She was born on October 29, 1944. Betsy, an excellent listener, avid Steelers fan and cat lover, was known for her non- judgmental nature and always having an open door for those in need.
Shortly after moving to Clinton, she started her career at Walmart as the customer service manager, where she found joy in helping people.
Betsy is survived by her daughter Sheri Mollet (Rob); seven grandchildren, Brittany Rich, Kendra Stephenson (Josh), Robert Mollet Jr, Madison Mollet, Brook Vinson, April Rich (Jeremy), Kayla Mollet, 12 great-grandchildren and one great- great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her father Melvin Cannon Sr, Mildred Cannon (Mayberry), her mother, and her husband Daniel Buccini, all of Pennsyvania.
A large gathering of family and friends at a local park will be held to celebrate Betsy’s life, with details to be announced when weather permits, as it is something she would have loved.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a local pet shelter.
