On 01/18/20 Clinton Police arrested Richard C. Hensler 31, Monticello for Domestic Battery. Hensler was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 01/19/20 Clinton Police issued a citation to Devin W. Gilliland 27, Clinton for Driving While License Revoked. Gilliland was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

On 01/18/20 Clinton Police arrested Elishia M. Epps 31, Bloomington for Driving while License Suspended, Speeding 80 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, and Possession of Cannabis over 30 grams. Epps was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Downey Gregory, 40, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Expired Registration. Gregory was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

William Martin, 57, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone). Martin was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Kelan Gibson, 30, Peoria, was arrested and charged on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Obstructing Identification/Failure to Appear. Gibson posted the necessary bond and was released.

Mary Thomas, 79, Forsyth, was issued a Citation for Improper Lane Usage. Thomas was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Damian Shaw, 19, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Too Fast for Conditions/Failure to Reduce Speed. Shaw was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Lorinda Chastain, 25, Maroa, was issued a Citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Chastain was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
