On May 22, Clinton High School senior Katy Overbey accepted a scholarship check of $500 from the Justin Fentress of the Clinton Rotary Club. Looking on is Clinton Rotary president Jered Shofner. Overbey plans to attend Heartland Community College in Normal and study nursing.
