I have written this earlier and feel a need to repeat it.  Regarding my views on the current political situation, I pray I am wrong.  

Where has the love for decency, empathy, fair play, honesty and consideration gone?  Regardless our ethnicity, as Americans, we should be one people helping each other.  

Division is a tool that creates dissention for establishing unethical command of the masses.  This occurred in order to establish the Republic of Soviet Socialists and later the present oligarchal Russia under Putin.  Here is how it works.

First and foremost is the scatter gun approach.  In earlier times, a gun was made with a bell-shaped muzzle designed to indiscriminately scatter deadly projectiles over a wide range.  It wreaked havoc and confusion on the battle field.  Today, it is an idiom meaning a broad-spectrum approach.  

Whenever all kinds of propositions, claims, activities, laws, presumptions are thrown at people, they become overwhelmed and confused.  This is done to keep them focused on inconsequential trivialities.  It is the desire of those perpetrating this method to cause people to either not see or ignore that which is being done quietly, such as taking away one’s liberties, rights and their futures.  

The final outcome would benefit one person or small group.  It is also a good way to get unpopular legislation enacted, all possibly leading to a dictatorial rule as was done in establishing Nazism.

What of pets being eaten by immigrants?  Not so.  What of high crime rates caused by immigrants?  Not so.  What about the job market declining during the Biden Presidency?  Not so.  A token example might briefly occur.  Accusing state incompetence over forest fires is another good distraction.  

Defunding necessary agencies and liquidating others should stir the pot of fear and confusion.  Threats to Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.  How about this one; to wipeout Gaza replacing it with a resort.  All this in a few weeks’ time and more to come.  And toward what end?

Today’s Russia is a de jure democracy with a de facto selected and segregated oligarchy of a few powerful families.  They are most influential in controlling politics and in assuring their selected candidate is elected.  The primary difference between it and a true democracy is that few people are given the chance to change or direct policies.  There are no clear rules, although several exist.  To establish an oligarchy in a democratic system is easy, since the foundation already exists and the transformation is done cleverly by steps.

First comes the confused world scene.  Then, comes false-solutions through false promises to “fix it.”  A good one is accusing immigrants for those problems and presume a boarder crisis.  

In every case, no clear solutions are given since no clear problem exists.  When asked for a solution, the answer might go like this; “I have a concept of a plan.”  Is a plan ever detailed?  No.  Remaining vague and prevaricating is a major tool of con-artistry.

Contact your Representatives in Congress.  Let them know what you think about all that is happening with your Federal government.
