CLAIM DATE NOTICE - INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION

Notice is given of the death of the above-named decedent;

Letters of Office were issued on December 26, 2023 to Daniel L. Enos, 15348 Northfork Rd., Clinton, Illinois and Vickie L. Austin, 7747 Business US 51, Clinton, Illinois 61727 as Independent Co-Executors. The attorney for the estate is Bryce A. Lynch of Taylor & Lynch, 216 South Center Street, P.O. Box 478, Clinton, Illinois, 61727.

Claims may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the DeWitt County Courthouse, 201 W. Washington Street, Clinton, IL 61727, on or before July 26, 2024. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of the Claim filed with the Clerk of the Court must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the Attorney within 10 days after it is filed.

The estate will be administered without Court supervision, unless an interested party terminates Independent Administration by filing a Petition to Terminate under Section 28-4 of the Illinois Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4). A form of a Petition to Terminate Independent Administration may be opened from the Clerk of the Court at the above address.
