CLINTON — It all began on a chilly winter’s evening when the Tri-Valley Vikings sailed into town under cover of a weather inversion fog and took the home town Maroons by surprise. 

HEYWORTH — The Hornets boys team hosted the Maroons the Maroons during the News Year’s break  This would prove to be a full-game, all-out battle. 

CLINTON — In the next to last home game of the year, the Maroons faced the Eureka Hornets. The junior varsities (JV) began the evening with the Hornets taking a 13-9 lead by the end of the first quarter.  The Maroons toughed out the second quarter to come within two points at halftime 22-20. 

 CLINTON — The Clinton Junior High School boys basketball season has begun. The junior Maroons were found on their home court trading plays with the Central A&M (CAM) Raiders. 

CLINTON — The Clinton Otters hosted their Annual Reindeer Classic, hosting six other teams at the Clinton Community YMCA.  The Otters as a team finished 1st overall with a team score of 3,741pts.
