Notice is given of the death of Ilene Hays of DeWitt County, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on April 19, 2024, to Ronna Simmons, 4533 Walton Drive, Decatur, Illinois 62521, as Executor, whose attorneys are Barber, Segatto, Hoffee, Wilke & Cate, LLP, P.O. Box 79, Springfield, Illinois 62705.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the DeWitt County Courthouse, 201 West Washington Street, Clinton, Illinois 61727, or with the representative or both, on or before October 28, 2024, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
