CLINTON — The DeWitt County Coroner Randy J. Rice has identified the person who drowned in Clinton Lake on June 9. Armando Borrego, Jr., 53, of Pontiac, was swimming toward a jet ski that was on the lake when he went under. An autopsy is scheduled for today.
