Brianna Burton, 28, DeWitt, was issued Citations for Speeding (86 mph in a 55 mph zone) and two counts of Driving Under the Influence.  Burton was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Autumn Bartell, 18, Clinton, was issued a Civil Citation for Possession of Cannabis; not more than 10 grams.  No Court Appearance was required, and Bartell was released.

Shane Hall, 24, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Driving While License Suspended.  Hall was given a Court Date and was released.

Tim Gregg, 21, Monticello, was issued a Citation for Speeding (88 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Gregg was given a Court Date and released.

Craig Wissmiller, 56, Weldon, was issued a Citation for Trespass to Real Property.  Wissmiller was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Victoria Branda, 38, Springfield, was issued a Citation for Expired Registration.  Branda was released with No Court Appearance required.

Cyrus Lincoln, 31, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Lincoln was released with No Court Appearance required.

Travis Rhodes, 29, Springfield, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Driving on Suspended License/FTA.  Rhodes unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Matthew Cooper, 35, Ottawa, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Cooper was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Nataya Fonville-Simmons, 21, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (86 mph in a 65 mph zone).  Fonville-Simmons was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Drew Stacey, 21, DeWitt, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Stacey was released with No Court Appearance Required.

Joshua Golden, 31, Lincoln, was issued a Citation for Expired Registration.  Golden was released with No Court Appearance Required.

Stacy Underwood, 39, Saybrook, was issued a Citation for Speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Underwood was released with no Court Appearance.

Reno Rivera, 21, Wapella, was issued a Citation for NO Valid Driver’s License.  Rivera was released with a Notice to Appear, Court Appearance Required.

Pedro Guadron Guerra, 27, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 65 mph zone).  Guadron Guerra was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Marshall Penka, 53, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Penka was released with No Court Appearance Required.

William Brown, 81, Bondville, was issued a Citation for Driving Under Influence.  Brown, was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
