On June 20, Clinton Police arrested Caleb A. Brewer, 27, Maroa, for violation of order of protection.  Brewer was transported to the DeWitt County  jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing.

On June 20, Clinton Police arrested Rodney W. Crawley, 55, Clinton, for battery.  Crawley was transported to the DeWitt County jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing.

On June 21, Clinton Police arrested Robert D. Rusher, 39, Clinton, for theft over $10,000.  Rusher was transported to the DeWitt County jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing.

On June 21, Clinton Police arrested Elliot J. Howard, 32, Clinton for criminal trespass to state supported property.  Howard was transported to the DeWitt County jail where he was turned over to corrections personnel for processing.

On 06/24/18 Clinton Police arrested Devon R. Evans 21, Clinton for Resisting a Peace Officer and a McLean County Warrant. Evans was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 06/24/18 Clinton Police arrested Kelly B. Griffin 39, Clinton for Retail Theft at Sav A Lot. Griffin was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Anthony Thompson, 43, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Thompson was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Clayton Nettles, 20, Lexington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (74mph in a 55mph Zone).  Nettles was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Latonya Billups, 47, West Frankfort, was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended License.  Billups was released after booking with a Notice to Appear.

Byron Lampkin, 27, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Speeding 35+ Over Limit.  Lampkin was released after booking with a Notice to Appear.

Enrique Valdivia, 23, Melrose Park, was issued a Citation for Speeding (70mph in a 45mph Zone).  Valdivia was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Adam Marcott, 23, West Peoria, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76mph in a 55mph Zone).  Marcott was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Richard Bush, 67, Blue Mound, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76mph in a 55mph Zone).  Bush was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Forrest Farokhi, 30, Champaign, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79mph in a 55mph Zone).  Farokhi was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Ashley Russell, 24, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Aggravated Speeding (82mph in a 55mph Zone).  Russell was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Gabriel Ford, 34, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (77mph in a 55mph Zone).  Ford was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Kerilyn Nusbaum, 56, Farmer City, was issued a Citation for Speeding (72mph in a 55mph Zone).  Nusbaum was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Christopher Webb, 26, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Expired Registration.  Webb was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Steven Thomas, 63, Monticello, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75mph in a 55mph Zone).  Thomas was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Qunesha Rankins, 39, Peoria, was issued a Citation for Speeding (91mph in a 70mph Zone).  Rankins was given a Notice to Appear and released.

John Alexander, 57, Bethany, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75mph in a 55mph Zone).  Alexander was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Isaiah Cain, 27, Champaign, was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended License.  Cain was released after booking with a Notice to Appear.

Emily Pu, 33, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended License.  Pu was released after booking with a Notice to Appear.

Felicia Henry, 31, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for No Valid Driver’s License.  Henry was given a Notice to Appear and released.

On 06/17 at 15:15, Samuel Smith was traveling southbound on Tunbridge Hill Road approaching East Road.  Lisa Shehorn was traveling eastbound on East Road approaching Tunbridge Hill Road.  Smith failed to stop completely and proceeded into the intersection of East Road.  As a result, the front end of Smith’s vehicle collided with the rear driver’s side door of Shehorn’s vehicle.  Smith’s vehicle sustained moderate damage and Shehorn’s vehicle sustained major damage.  No injuries occurred.  Baum’s Towing was summoned to the scene to tow Shehorn’s vehicle.  Samuel Smith, 24, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Failure to Yield at an Intersection.  Smith was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Christina Kaufman, 41, Argenta, was issued a Citation for Speeding (71mph in a 55mph Zone).  Kaufman was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Kayleigh Miller, 32, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Expired Registration.  Miller was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Neil Biegler, 42, Mahomet, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75mph in a 55mph Zone).  Biegler was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Treneya West, 19, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  West was given a Notice to Appear and released.

On 06/12 at 09:48, Sean Conheady was traveling northbound on White Pigeon Road approaching Ospur Road.  David Beery was traveling westbound on Ospur Road approaching White Pigeon Road.  Conheady failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection.  Beery had to swerve to avoid a collision, striking a stop sign and destroying some crops.  Beery’s vehicle sustained minor damage.  No injuries occurred.  Baum’s Towing was summoned to the scene to tow Beery’s vehicle. Sean Conheady, 26, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Disregarding a Stop Sign.  Conheady was given a Notice to Appear and released.

William Lindsey, 59, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (74mph in a 55mph Zone).  Lindsey was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Jason Dennis, 34, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended License.  Dennis was released after booking with a Notice to Appear.

Brandon Bateson, 25, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Aggravated Speeding (87mph in a 55mph Zone).  Bateson was given a Notice to Appear and released.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
