Aug. 29

Derrick Joyner, 29, Decatur, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Joyner posted the necessary bond and was released.

Aug. 30

Keri Raymer, 38, Clinton, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of an amount of a controlled substance. Raymer unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Aug. 31

Donna Stevenson, 55, Monticello, was issued a citation for speeding 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. Stevenson was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Amy Reynolds, 33, Clinton, was issued a citation for speeding 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. Reynolds was issued a notice to Appear and was released.

Laura Miller, 35, Clinton, was issued a citation for speeding 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. Miller was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Raymond North, 22, Clinton, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle. North was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Sept. 1-4

Sean Bolliard, 24, Decatur, was arrested on a De Witt County warrant charging him with unlawful/ interfere/ public utility. Bolliard unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Miguel De La Rosa, 19, Lincoln, was arrested and charged with consumption of liquor by a minor. De La Rosa posted the necessary bond and was released.

Nathaniel Autry, 19, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested and charged with consumption of liquor by a minor. Autry posted the necessary bond and was released.

Nichole Cure, 19, Roscoe, was arrested and charged with consumption of liquor by a minor. Cure posted the necessary bond and was released.

John Antoine, 19, Springfield, was arrested and charged with consumption of liquor by a minor. Antoine posted the necessary bond and was released.

Miguel Barbosa, 18, Lincoln, was arrested and charged with consumption of liquor by a minor. Barbosa posted the necessary bond and was released.

Sheila Sperry, 52, Decatur, was arrested and charged with driving on a revoked license, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle. Sperry posted the necessary bond and was released.

Alexis Garcia Contreras, 19, Dade City, Fla., was arrested and charged with consumption of liquor by a minor and driving under the influence of alcohol. Garcia Contreras posted the necessary bond and was released.

Angel Vargas, 19, Moline, was arrested and charged with consumption of liquor by a minor. Vargas posted the necessary bond and was released.

Sean Teeter, 23, Lincoln, was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license and registration expired. Teeter posted the necessary bond and was released.

Brandon Hieronymus, 25, Clinton, was issued a citation for speeding 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. Hieronymus was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Kameryn Kuntu, 19, Chicago, was issued a citation for speeding 58 mph in a 45 mph zone. Kuntu was issued a notice to appear and was released.

William Chandler, 22, Decatur, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle. Chandler was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Araminta Atkins, 41, Peoria, was issued a citation for speeding 81 mph in a 55 mph zone. Atkins was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Stephanine Mazanuwski, 37, Bloomington, was issued a citation for speeding 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. Mazanuwski was issued a notice to appear and was released.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
