Clinton Police Department

On Mar. 23, Clinton Police arrested Erik S. Riddle, 37, Normal, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing justice.  Riddle was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

On Mar. 24, Clinton Police arrested Jasper T. Powell, 36, Clinton, for disorderly conduct.  Powell was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

On Mar. 24, Clinton Police arrested Cameron C. Danison 23, Maroa, for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.  Danison was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

Amy Hawkins, 30, Decatur, was issued Citations for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle and Speeding (77mph in a 55mph Zone).  Hawkins was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Kristyle Rufus, 28, Lincoln, was issued a Citation for Speeding (74mph in a 55mph Zone).  Rufus was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Isabelle Glimco, 21, Naperville, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76mph in a 55mph Zone).  Glimco was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Donelle Ash, 54, Farmer City, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75mph in a 55mph Zone).  Ash was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Lisa Matteson, 56, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Failure to Notify SOS of Address Change.  Matteson was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Amber Jameson, 35, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (77mph in a 55mph Zone).  Jameson was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Benjamin Garrett, 30, Mt Zion, was issued a Citation for Driving on an Expired License.  Garrett was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Andres Hernandez-Lorenzo, 26, Decatur, was issued Citations and arrested for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle and No Valid Driver’s License.  Hernandez-Lorenzo was released after booking and given a Notice to Appear.

Matthew Chapman, 35, Clinton, was issued Citations and arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Improper Lane Usage.  Chapman posted the necessary bond and was released.

Becky Winter, 37, Clinton, was issued Citations for Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence.  Winter was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.  Winter posted the necessary bond and was released.

Caleb Primmer, 30, Atlanta, was arrested on an Out of County Warrant and charged with Contempt of Court.  Primmer posted the necessary bond and was released.

Thomas Kelvin, 33, Normal, was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended License.  Kelvin was released after booking and given a Notice to Appear.

Richard Thayer, 62, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Home Invasion/Dangerous Weapon, Aggravated Assault/Use Deadly Weapon/Rifle and Criminal Trespass to Residence/Person Present.  Thayer posted the necessary bond and was released.

Subhalakshmi Kumar, 32, Champaign, was issued a Citation for Speeding (86mph in a 65mph Zone).  Kumar was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Richard Robb, 45, Kenney, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75mph in a 55mph Zone).  Robb was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Jason Hewerdine, 44, Fisher, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75mph in a 55mph Zone).  Hewerdine was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Roberto DeLeon, 34, DeWitt, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery/Great Bodily Harm.  DeLeon posted the necessary bond and was released.

Aaron Rogers, 19, Chicago, was arrested on a Champaign County Warrant and charged with Contempt of Court.  Rogers posted the necessary bond and was released.

Tara Zogg, 21, Bloomington, was arrested on a Dewitt County Warrant and charged with Contempt of Court.  Zogg was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Larry Plump, 45, Bloomington, was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended License, Obstruction of Justice/Destroy Evidence, and Obstructing Identification.  Plump posted the necessary bond and was released.

Kyle Ernst, 30, Maroa, was issued Citations for Driving Under the Influence, Failure to Wear a Seatbelt and Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident.  Ernst was given a Notice to Appear and released.

John Smith, 25, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Smith posted the necessary bond and was released.

Gabriel Masters, 24, Weldon, was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended License and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.  Masters was released after booking and given a Notice to Appear.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
