Jason S. Moyer 38, Clinton Driving While License Revoked. Notice to Appear issued.
On 07/04/20 Clinton Police arrested Kevin L. Graham 34, Clinton for Domestic Battery and Criminal Damage to State Supported Property. Graham was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
On 07/05/20 Clinton Police arrested Donnell White Jr 31, Mulberry Grove for Disorderly Conduct and Assault. White was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
On 07/05/20 Clinton Police arrested Esteban Lopez 46, Clinton for Driving Under the Influence and No Valid Driver License. Lopez was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Harold Harding, 72, Danvers, was issued a citation for Speeding (96 mph in a 65 mph zone). Harding was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
William Alwood, 53, Farmer City, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Aggravated DUI/FTA. Alwood posted the necessary bond and was released.
Elizabeth Fultz, 40, Shirley, was issued a Citation for Speeding (77 mph in a 55 mph zone). Fultz was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Ryan Tate, 22, Monticello, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone). Tate was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Wesley Ramey, 43, DeWitt, was issued a Citation for Illegal Squealing/Screeching of Tires. Ramey was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
