Sept. 11

On Sept. 9, Clinton Police arrested Eric Fatheree, 51, Clinton on a DeWitt County warrant.  Fatheree was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

On Sept. 10, Clinton Police arrested Richard, S. Mills, 41, Clinton, for domestic battery.  Mills was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

On Sept. 11, Clinton Police issued a citation to Anthony J. Reaves, 31, Clinton, for driving on a suspended license.  Reaves was released on a notice to appear in court.

Sept. 6

Jocelyn Maro-Gonzalez, 20, Bloomington, was issued a citation for speeding 90 mph in a 65 mph zone. Maro-Gonzalez was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Stephen Williams, 49, Cisco, was issued a citation for speeding 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. Williams was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

Taylor Winterland, 23, Lexington was issued a citation for speeding 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. Winterland was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Sept. 7

Robert Pearson, 88, Saybrook, was issued a citation for speeding 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. Pearson was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Sept. 8-10

Nicholas Welch, 26, Decatur, was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging him with aggravated battery and unlawful restraint. Welch unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

Rashown Taylor, 42, Chicago, was issued a citation for failure to yield one full lane to an emergency vehicle. Taylor was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Quanisha Turner, 23, Decatur, was issued a citation for speeding 91 mph in a 65 mph zone. Turner was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Anthony Walker, 47, Decatur, was issued a citation for  failure to yield one full lane to an emergency vehicle. Walker was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Joseph Toohill, 34, Clinton, was issued a citation for illegal use of an electronic communication device. Toohill was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

Nathan Johnston, 24, Mt. Zion, was issued a citation for speeding 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. Johnston was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Jonathan Dean, 30, Decatur, was issued a citation for speeding 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. Dean was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Jimmie Hoskins, 80, Cincinnati, Ohio, was issued a citation for speeding 88 mph in a 70 mph zone. Hoskins was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Chantel Russell, 25, Weldon, was issued citations for operating an uninsured vehicle and registration suspended/ mandatory insurance violation. Russell was issued a notice to appear and was released.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
