Christian K. Ward, 18, Farmer City, was arrested and charged with theft by threat. Ward posted the necessary bond and was released.
William G. Bryant, 57, Clinton, was arrested on an in-state warrant and charged with fraudulent activity. Bryant posted the necessary bond and was released.
Justin L. Fretto, 22, Clinton, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Fretto posted the necessary bond and was released.
Terrell E. Hess, 51, Peoria, was arrested on an in-state warrant and charged with possession of cannabis and Manf/DEL cannabis. Hess was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.
Larry J. Davis, 39, Peoria, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Davis posted the necessary bond and was released.
Daniel Sinkhorn,19, Clinton, was arrested on an in-state warrant and charged with leaving the scene and failure to appear. Sinkhorn was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.
Corinna Milroy, 27, Siloam Springs Ark., was issued a citation for speeding (73 mph in a 55 mph zone). Milroy was given a notice to appear and was released.
Heather Moore, 42, Clinton, was issued a citation for disobeying a traffic control device/red light. Moore was given a notice to appear and was released.
Maranda Underwood, 19, Clinton, was issued a citation for speeding (59 mph in a 45 mph zone). Underwood was given a notice to appear and was released.
Trevor Allen-Pikes, 21, Chicago, was issued a citation for speeding (62 mph in a 45 mph zone). Allen-Pikes was given a notice to appear and was released.
Christina Ellis, 36, Wapella, was issued a citation for speeding (73 mph in a 55 mph zone). Ellis was given a notice to appear and was released.
Garrison Tadd, 19, DeKalb, was issued citations for possession of cannabis less than 10g and speeding (91 mph in a 70 mph zone) and. Tadd was given a notice to appear and was released.
Justin Fretto, 22, Clinton, was issued citations for driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Fretto was given a notice to appear and was released.
Larry Davis, 39, Peoria, was issued citations for speeding (59 mph in a 45 mph zone) and driving while license suspended. Davis was given a notice to appear and was released.
Richard Willis, 46, Peoria, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle. Willis was given a notice to appear and released.
Tori Peifer, 22, Clinton, was issued a citation for speeding (77mph in a 45mph zone). Peifer was given a notice to appear and was released.
Richard Athey, 20, Decatur, was issued a citation for disregarding a stop sign. Athey was given a notice to appear and released.
Ryan Gilmore, 25, North Barrington, was issued a citation for speeding (91mph in a 70mph zone). Gilmore was given a notice to appear and released.
McKenna Mcatee, 25, Bloomington, was arrested on an in-state warrant for retail theft/motor fuel. Mcatee posted the necessary bond and was released.
Heath Pool, 30, Clinton, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Pool posted the necessary bond and was released.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
