On 12/28/18 Clinton Police arrested Anthony P. Velez-Noble 35, Clinton was arrested for Driving While License Revoked and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Velez-Noble was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
On 12/28/18 Clinton Police arrested Nicholas J. Cappellin 29, Clinton for Residential Burglary and Criminal Damage to Property. Cappellin was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
On 12/29/18 Clinton Police arrested Donald L. Calvert 40, Clinton for Domestic Battery and Aggravated Battery and Taylor K. Welchel 26, Clinton for Domestic Battery, Aggravated Battery to a Fireman and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both subjects were transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
On 12/30/18 Clinton Police arrested Dalton A. Baker 18, Clinton for Disorderly Conduct and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. Baker was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Jacob Keller, 24, Lane, was issued a Citation for Speeding, (73 mph in a 55 mph zone). Keller was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Levi Wright, 20, Clinton, was issued Citations for Fail to Yield to Right for Emergency Vehicle and for Tinted Windshield and Side Windows. Wright was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.
Michael Bailey, 53, Normal, was issued a Citation for Speeding (83 mph in a 65 mph zone). Bailey was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Jarrod Massie, 39, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Massie was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Mario Hays, 40, Decatur, was arrested and charged with DRIVING ON SUSPENDED LICENSE, AGG FLEEING POLICE/21 MPH OVER, VEH FAIL RIGHT-OF-WAY EMER VEH and SPEEDING 35+ MPH OVER LIMIT. He was issued Citations for AGGRAVATED FLEEING AND ELUDING POLICE, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED, SPEEDING 35+ MPH OVER LIMIT, OPERATING UNINSURED VEHICLE, and FAIL TO YIELD RIGHT TO EMERGENCY VEHICLE. Hays, posted the necessary bond and was released.
Jessica May, 25, Clinton, was issued a Citation for DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED. May was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Zoey Shull, 19, Maroa, was issued Civil Citations for POSSESSION OF CANNABIS: NOT MORE THAN 10 GRAMS and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and was released.
Nolan Hale, 19, Maroa, was issued a Civil Citation for POSSESSION OF CANNABIS; NOT MORE THAN 10 GRAMS and was released.
Zachary Littrell, 19, Charleston, was issued a Civil Citation for POSSESSION OF CANNABIS; NOT MORE THAN 10 GRAMS and was released.
Tiara Speer, 23, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 45 mph zone). Speer was given a Notice To Appear and was released.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
