Clinton Police Department

On 07/27/18 Clinton Police arrested Jaylen M Howard 18, Louisville, KY for Aggravated Speeding 84mph in a 55mph zone and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Howard was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 07/28/18 Clinton Police arrested Justin M Chrispen 36, Beason for Driving While License Suspended. Chrispen was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 07/28/18 Clinton Police arrested Chad A. Junior 46, Decatur on a Macon County Warrant. Junior was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 07/28/18 Clinton Police arrested Jaquan L. Oldham 19, Decatur for No Valid Drivers License. Oldham was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Martin Garcia, 21, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (70mph in a 45mph Zone).  Garcia was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Rick Johnson, 62, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76mph in a 55mph Zone).  Johnson was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Reginald Highsmith, 35, Urbana was arrested and charged with Driving On a Suspended License.  Highsmith was released after booking with a Notice to Appear.

Joseph Ryan, 58, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass to Residence and Disorderly Conduct.  Ryan posted the necessary bond and was released.

Christopher Weir, 45, Beason, was issued a Citation for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident.  Weir was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Isaih Langford, 24, Bloomington, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant and charged with Theft/Unauthd Con/<$500.  Langford posted the necessary bond and was released.

Siara Porter, 22, Weldon, was arrested on 2 In-State Warrants.  Porter was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Charles Maxwell, 36, Wapella, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant and charged with Felon Possess Certain Dogs.  Maxwell posted the necessary bond and was released.

Jelani Mandara, 47, Matteson, was issued a Citation for No Valid Driver’s License.  Mandara was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Dale Shelton, 55, Oreana, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75mph in a 55mph Zone).  Shelton was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Lara Rhoades, 42, Monticello, was issued a Citation for Speeding (74mph in a 55mph Zone).  Rhoades was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Donna Flowers, 58, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Flowers was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Roberto De Leon, 34, Clinton was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging him with Harassment of a Witness. De Leon posted the necessary bond and was released.

Amanda Moran, 41, Momence, was arrested and charged with DRVG Under Influence of Drug. Moran posted the necessary bond and was released.

Zoey Koester, 23, Chatham, was issued a Citation for Speeding (75mph in a 55mph Zone).  Koester was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Lee Taylor, 61, Decatur, was issued Citations for Speeding (74mph in a 55mph Zone) and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Taylor was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Jacob Ambrosat, 21, Darien, was issued a Citation for Speeding (66mph in a 45mph Zone).  Ambrosat was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Jocelynn Williams, 22, Clinton, was issued Citations for Aggravated Speeding (73mph in a 45mph Zone) and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Williams was given a Notice to Appear and released.

John Kao, 64, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (64mph in a 45mph Zone).  Kao was given a Notice to Appear and released.

John Rakestraw, 49, Bloomington, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant and charged with Contempt of Court.  Rakestraw posted the necessary bond and was released.

Natasha Braman, 31, Wapella, was arrested and charged with Possession of Meth <5 grams="" obstruct="" just="" destroy="" evidence="" and="" possess="" drug="" paraphernalia="" braman="" remains="" incarcerated="" p="">

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
