Rudolfo Sarinana 32, Clinton Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Notice to Appear issued

On 03/19/22 Clinton Police arrested Ryan D. Stone 26, Bloomington for Possession of Cannabis more than 100 grams. Stone was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 03/19/22 Clinton Police arrested Ronald L. Dodd 23, Clinton and Savahna L. Day 23, Clinton for Domestic Battery. Both subjects were transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 03/19/22 Clinton Police arrested Rudolfo Sarinana 32, Clinton on a McLean County Warrant. Sarinana was released on a Notice to Appear in Court.

On 03/20/22 Clinton Police arrested Brian M. Peavler 47, Clinton for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Illegal Squealing/Screeching tires and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a B.A.C. greater than .08. Peavler was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Douglas Whitehouse, 53, Weldon, was issued a Citation for Speeding (104 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Whitehouse was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Matthew Fink, 56, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery.  Fink posted the necessary bond and was released.

Timothy Bechtel, 41, Lincoln, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Agg Domestic Battery/Strangle/FTA.  Bechtel being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Theodore Phipps, 45, Thawville, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Phipps was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Bryan Walters, 35, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Speeding (96 mph in a 65 mph zone).  Walters was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Samantha Leesman, 27, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 5 5mph zone).  Leesman was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jacob Allen, 18, Mahomet, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Driving/Never Issued License/FTA.  Allen being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
