On 03/11/21 Clinton Police investigated Hit & Run Accident in the 800 block W. Main St. A ve-hicle owned by Stephen Bradd was parked and unoccupied. The vehicle was struck and the driver left the area. Officers located the vehicle in the 200block N. Mulberry St. Officers issued citations to Michelle D. Whitehouse 41, Clinton for Driving while license Suspended, Leaving the Scene of an Accident with vehicle damage, and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Whitehouse was released on a Notice to Appear in court.
On 03/12/21 Clinton Police arrested Stacy L. Lane 44, Clinton for Criminal Tresspass to Property. Lane was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
On 03/12/21 Clinton Police arrested Trenton M. Wright 19, Beason on a DeWitt County Warrant and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wright was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and re-leased to Corrections.
On 03/12/21 Clinton Police arrested Elli M. Alvis 24, Bloomington for Driving Under the Influence, Improper Lane Usage and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Alvis was released on a Notice to Appear in Court.
On 03/14/21 Clinton Police arrested Miguel Guerrero 38, Clinton for Violation of Order of Protection. Guerrero was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Jordan Thomas, 22, Nevada, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Criminal Damage to Government Supported Property/FTA. Thomas posted the necessary bond and was released.
Johnathon Gregory, 31, OH, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone). Gregory was given a Promise to Comply and was released.
Samantha Betoure, 30, Bradley, was issued a Citation for Speeding (73 mph in a 55 mph zone). Betoure was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Gary Setterlund, 67, Germantown Hills, was issued a Citation for Speeding (78 mph in a 55 mph zone). Setterlund was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Joshua Millmore, 24, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding, 35+ mph over the limit. Millmore was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Nathaniel Kramer, 29, Decatur, was issued a Citation for No Valid Driver’s License. Kramer was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
