Jason J. Clayton, 22, North Aurora, for speeding 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. Notice to appear issued.
Other
On May 19, Clinton Police arrested Blake M. Jenkins, 20, Decatur, for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Jenkins was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.
On May 20, Clinton Police arrested Jacob V.McPeek, 35, Clinton, on a Logan County warrant and issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. McPeek was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
