CLINTON — Officials from the City of Clinton as well as DeWitt County will join together at noon on Monday, December 4 to raise a flag marking Illinois’ 200th anniversary as a state.
The ceremony will take place on Mr. Lincoln’s Square. The public is encouraged to attend.
