Deston Toohill, 18, Lane, was issued a Citation for Speeding (81 mph in a 55 mph zone). Toohill was given a Notice to Appear and was Released.
Brandon Vinson, 22, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Aggravated Speeding. Vinson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
James Sugg, 37, San Antonio, TX, was issued a Citation for Expired Registration. Sugg was given a Notice to Appear and was released.
Brandon Ringer, 36, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery. Ringer, unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.
Josh Smith, 37, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Theft Control Intent<$500. Smith posted the necessary bond and was released.
All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
