On 09/15/19 Clinton Police arrested Lendell C. Appleton 36, Decatur for Driving While License Suspended, Possession of Marijuana and a Macon County Warrant. A passenger in the vehicle, Lorenzo A. Tyus 33, Decatur was taken into custody on 3 Macon County Warrants. Both subjects were transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 09/15/19 Clinton Police arrested Rene R. Sambrano-Minjarez 33, Highland, CA for Criminal Trespass to Vehicle, Disorderly Conduct, Possession Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Methamphetamine. Sambrano-Minjarez was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Gregory Osgood, 25, Waynesville, was issued a citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone). Osgood, was given a Notice to Appear and released.

Liam Harris, 19, Decatur was issued a civil citation for Possession of Cannabis, not more than 10 grams.

Ryielee Buggar, 18, Moweaqua, was issued a citation for Possession of Alcohol/Minor. Buggar was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Andrew Whisler, 28, Farmer City, was issued a citation for Speeding (83 mph n a 55 mph zone). Whisler was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Tyler Talley, 23, Decatur was issued citations for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone), and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Talley was arrested and charged with Driving while License Suspended. Talley posted the necessary bond and was released.

Kaylin Snyder, 19, Decatur was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Speeding 26-34 MPH Over Limit/FTA. Snyder posted the necessary bond and was released.

Joshua Cramer, 30, Clinton IA, was issued a citation for Driving While License Revoked and arrested and charged with driving on Revoked License, No Registration Lite, 1st & 2nd. Cramer, being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Jody Woertz, 51, Wapella was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery. Woertz posted the necessary bond and was released.

Charyvonne Hall, 21, Decatur, was arrested and charged and issued a citation Driving on Suspended License. Hall posted the necessary bond and was released.

Caleb Shannon, 20, Heyworth was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant Charging him with Driving on Suspended License. Shannon, being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Meghann Kindred, 27, Clinton, was issued a citation for Speeding (65 mph in a 45 mph zone). Kindred was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Steven Shayka, 42, Roselle, was arrested and charged and issued a Citation for Driving While License Suspended. Shayka posted the necessary bond and was released.

Amber Reed, 20, Decatur, was arrested and charged with Driving on Suspended License. Reed, posted the necessary bond and was released.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
