To: Brian, Crystal, and Alexis Fleenor, and to all who it may concern: The building located at 215 East Julia Street, Clinton, IL, Tax ID# 07-27-434-007, is open and vacant and constitutes an immediate and continuing hazard to the community. The City of Clinton intends to demolish, repair, or enclosed the building, or remove any garbage, debris, or other hazardous, noxious, or unhealthy substances or materials, if the owner or owners or lienholders of record fail to do so.
