Warner Library activated as warming center

CLINTON — The DeWitt County Emergency Management Agency has activated Warner Public Library as a warming center during the current frigid temperatures.
The library will be open from 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. on Thursday. Daytime high temperatures are forecast to rise as the week progresses.
