CLINTON – John and Mary Jane (Glenn) Workman recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a surprise dinner hosted by their family. The celebration took place at John’s sister Kathy’s home in Springfield.
The couple wed on April 4, 1964, in Farmer City.
John and Mary Jane have four children, Mike Workman, of Clinton; Stephanie (John) Metter, of DeWitt; Angela (Sean) Reeder, of Parkville, Mo., and Laura Reisner, of Clinton. They also enjoy seven grandchildren, Matt, Morgan, Emma, Chloe, Ryan, Katelyn and Mya.
