Cody Leigh, 24, Farmer City, was arrested for contempt of court. Leigh unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.
Ashlee Leake, 34, Heyworth, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Leake posted the necessary bond and was released.
Jessica Mackey, 33, Bellflower, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Mackey posted the necessary bond and was released.
Clint Derango, 24, Farmer City, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Derango posted the necessary bond and was released.
Jacqueline Marks, 49, Graland, Texas was arrested and charged with driving/ never issued license. Marks posted the necessary bond and was released.
Candi Hardy, 35, Fort Pierce, Fla., was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Hardy posted the necessary bond and was released.
Kevin Jarvis, 28, Maroa, was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging him with driving under the influence of alcohol. Jarvis posted the necessary bond and was released.
June 2
Richard Gharrett, 32, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging him with participation in methamphetamine manufacturing. Gharrett unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.
James Adiar, 33, Clinton, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Adier posted the necessary bond and was released.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
