Chapter B PEO recently installed officers for the 2017-18 year. Pictured
left to right, Valerie Crutchfield, President; Nancy Lareau, Chaplain;
Miranda Freeman, Guard; Robin Lecouris, Corresponding Secretary; Lana
Ophorst, Vice President; Barb Lanier, Recording Secretary; Vanessa Ophorst,
Treasurer. Chapter B is the second oldest chapter in the State of Illinois. There are
currently over 5,600 Chapters in the United States and Canada. PEO is a
Philanthropic Educational Organization whose mission is promoting
educational opportunities for women. The annual State Convention will be
held June 2-4 at Crowne Plaza Hotel, in Springfield.
