Jan. 25

Mario L. Crosby, 26, Bloomington, for speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone.  Notice to appear was issued.

On Jan. 27, Clinton Police arrested Timothy D. Schultz, 30, Clinton, on a DeWitt County warrant.  Schultz was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

On Jan. 27, Clinton Police arrested Torey L. Stevens, 23, Decatur, for no valid driver’s license.  Stevens was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

On Jan. 28, Clinton Police took into custody a 16-year-old juvenile and a 14-year-old juvenile for retail theft at Save-A-Lot.  Both juveniles were released to their parents pending formal charges in court.

On Jan. 28, Clinton Police arrested Dustin J. Taylor, 27, Decatur, for possession of a controlled substance and city ordinance violations of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.  Taylor was transported to the DeWitt County jail and released to corrections.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
