Eagles to host Community Blood Drive with ImpactLife Wednesday, September 4

CLINTON — Eagles will host a community blood drive with ImpactLife, the provider of blood components for local hospitals. The blood drive will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4 at in the parking lot at 220 North Center Street, inside a Donor Bus

 

All presenting donors will get a gift card, a donation to Make-A-Wish® Illinois, or bonus points to shop in the donor reward store.

 

What: Eagles Community Blood Drive

 

When: Wednesday, September 4, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

 

Where: Donor Bus, parking lot at 220 North Center Street, Clinton

 

Appointments: To donate, please call Deanna Long at (217) 413-9235 or visit www.bloodcenter.org and use code 71385 to locate the drive.

Eligibility Criteria: Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age (16 with parental permission form available through www.bloodcenter.org) and weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D. is required to donate. For questions about eligibility, please call ImpactLife at (800) 747 5401. Donors who last gave blood on or before July 10, 2024 are eligible to give at this drive.

 

About Blood Donation: Blood donation is a safe, simple procedure that takes about 45 minutes to one hour. Individuals with diabetes or controlled high blood pressure may be accepted as eligible donors.
