On 08/12/24 Walker Sturgeon 28, Clinton was charged with criminal trespass to state supported land. Walker was given notice to appear and transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections.

On 08/12/24 Dalton Baker, 24, Clinton was charged with Possession with intent to manufacture/deliver controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Baker was issued a notice to appear and transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections. Baker was also issued a citation for driving with an expired license of greater than one year.

On 08/13/24 Phillip Reynolds, 42, Brookings, OR was charged with Possession of a controlled substance. Reynolds was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections.

On 08/14/2024 Jesse Miller 61, Clinton was charged with Aggravated Battery Public Place. Miller was transported to the Dewitt County Jail where he was turned over to corrections.

On 08/18/2024 Dezerae Baker 23, Clinton was arrested on a Dewitt County Warrant. Baker was transported to the Dewitt County jail where she was turned over to corrections.

All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
