Ryan Ogden, 25, Decatur, was issued Citations for Speeding (70 mph in a 45 mph zone), and Local Ordinance 625-5-3/413(f).  Ogden was released with a Required Court Appearance.

Isaac Graham, 27, Lincoln, was issued Citations for 4 counts of DUI; Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration; Improper Lane Usage; and Unlawful Possession Registration. Graham was released with a Required Court Appearance.
