CLINTON — Coming off more than three years as the assistant executive director of the Illinois Elementary School Association (IESA), Leslie Albee, the new assistant principal at Clinton Junior High School is excited to return to middle school.
“My professional career has been based in middle school—from teaching to beginning in school administration to my services with the IESA,” said Albee. “I was attracted to this position because of the experience that I am able to bring that will continue to make the junior high a great place for learning and student growth.”
Prior to her IESA role, Albee held several positions at Bloomington Junior High School including teacher, summer school principal, district mentor program coordinator, and assistant principal and athletics/activities director.
