CLINTON — Megan Barth, of First National Bank and Trust, has completed all of the course work for the American Bankers Association (ABA) Personal Banker Certification.
The certification requires the completion of 19 courses, from fundamentals of small business banking and consumer lending, to time management, ethics and effective communication.
“The ABA Personal Banker courses were very in-depth and enriched my knowledge base of financial services,” explained Barth. “I look forward to future training opportunities.”
Barth has been a Client Service Representative for First National Bank and Trust for 12 years.
“I continue to enjoy my interactions with our customers,” said Barth. “Everyone’s needs change as time goes on, and they look to their bank to offer solutions. The chance to find products and services that work for those needs is very important to me.”
