On 12/26/19 Clinton Police arrested Kaylene N. Girardi 27, Clinton for Driving While License Suspended. Girardi was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Kyla Lee, 20, Bloomington, was issued a Citation for Speeding (76 mph in a 55 mph zone). Lee was given a Notice To Appear and was released.

Casey Trogden, 35, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Cell Phone Usage. Trogden was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Linda Ray, 76, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Fail To Yield One Full Lane Or Reduce Speed Upon Approaching Emergency Vehicle. Ray was given a Notice To Appear and was Released.

Sean Boliard, 25, Decatur, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with ATTEMPTED AGGRAVATED ROBBERY / PETITION FOR REVOCATION OF COURT PROBATION. Boliard, unable to post the necessary bond, remains incarcerated.

Samuel Quick, 37, Clinton, was arrested and charged with MANF/DEL CANNABIS/30-500 GRAMS. Quick, unable to post the necessary bond, remains incarcerated.

Darion Etayo, 33, Oreana, was arrested and charged with DRVG UNDER INFLU OF ALCOHOL and POSS ANY CON SUB EXCEPT (A)/(D). Etayo, unable to post the necessary bond, remains incarcerated.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
