Robert Dickens, 55, Bethany, was arrested, charged and issued a Citation for DUI-Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Dickens posted the necessary bond and was released.

Christian Ward, 21, Farmer City, was arrested on a Dewitt County Warrant charging him with Crim DMG to Prop $500-10K/FTA.  Ward being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Richard Oakman, 26, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Leaving Scene of Accident/Vehicle Damage.  Oakman was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

David Koons, 55, Clinton, was arrested, charged and issued Citations for 2 counts DUI-Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Koons was also issued a Citation for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident.  Koons posted the necessary bond and was released.

Travis Stone, 25, Wapella, was issued Citations for Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Operating Vehicle When Registration is Suspended.  Stone was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Christopher Jackson, 28, Farmer City, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Theft Con Intent <$500 Prior/FTA.  Jackson being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
