Caleb Shannon, 20, Heyworth, was arrested, charged and issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended. Shannon, being unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County jail.

Michelle Whitehouse, 40, Clinton, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Whitehouse was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Alison Stone, 23, Mason City, was issued a citation for Speeding (79 mph in a 55 mph zone). Stone was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Alicia Vinson, 28, Bloomington, was issued a citation for Improper Lane Usage. Vinson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Ryan Boelkins, 44, Peoria, was issued a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident. Boelkins was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Joshua McGhee, 35, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Possession of Methamphetamine/FTA. McGhee, being unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Angela Moore, 53, Decatur was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with DRVG Under Influ/BAC 0.08/FTA. Moore, being unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Kelvin Thomas, 34, Normal, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him Failure to Pay or Appear. Thomas posted the necessary bond and was released.

Lorenzo Simms, 28, Joliet, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm/PTR. Simms, unable to post the necessary bond, remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Jason Snyder, 45, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance/FTA. Snyder posted the necessary bond and was released.

George Sisley, 35, Clinton, was issued a citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone). Sisley was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Lisa Brown was issued citations for 2 counts of Driving Under the influence and Failure to reduce Speed/Accident.

James Hardy, 24, Clinton, was issued citations for Speeding (71 mph in a 55 mph zone), and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Hardy was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
