Department

On 10/01/21 Clinton Police arrested Martin O. Castillo 56, Knoxville, TN for Domestic Battery. Castillo was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 10/03/21 Clinton Police arrested Arthur S. Pride 60, Clinton for Animal Cruelty. Pride was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

Montrell Taylor, 23, Broadview, was issued a Citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Taylor was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Brian Greenarch, 61, Urbana, was arrested and charged with Driving on Suspended/Revoked License. Greenarch posted the necessary bond and was released.

Michael E. Bateson, 36, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Battery/Cause Bodily Harm. Bateson posted the necessary bond and was released.

Charles Williamson, 59, Heyworth, was issued a Citation for Improper Lane Usage. Williamson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Brian Greenarch, 61, Urbana, was issued a Citation for Driving While License Suspended, pertaining to an arrest which occurred on 9/15/21. Greenarch posted the necessary bond and was released.

Ian Morris, 40, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident. Morris was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at 0838 on 9/15/21 revealed that Amber Willis, 39, Clinton, and Victoria Mandrell, 27, Clinton, were stopped at a construction zone flagger. Ilmi Balazi, 61, Farmer City, was approaching the work zone and did not appear to stop or slow down before his front end collided with the rear end of Victoria Mandrell. As a result, Mandrell’s front end collided with Willis’s rear end. Balazi’s vehicle sustained damage and was removed from the scene by Baum’s Towing. Mandrell’s vehicle sustained damage to its front end and rear end and was removed from the scene by Baum’s Towing. Willis received damage to the front end and was driven from the scene. Balazi received a Citation for Failure to reduce speed to avoid Accident. Balazi was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Anthony Collins, 26, Homeless, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with HRSMT/Threaten Person/Kill/FTA. Collins being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Lisa Sellner, 56, Clinton, was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Theft/Unauthd Con/<$500/FTA. Sellner being unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Sarah Back, 36, Farmer City, was arrested on a DeWitt County warrant charging her with Driving on Revoked License/FTA. Back posted the necessary bond and was released.

Hector Robles, 37, Schaumburg was issued a Citation for Speeding (70 mph in a 45 mph zone). Robles was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Ryan Hamm, 23, Chatham was issued a Citation for Speeding 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. Hamm was issued a Notice to Appear and was released.

Christopher Hamilton, 25, Lincoln, was issued a Citation for Speeding (80 mph in a 55 mph zone). Hamilton was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Lakya Johnson, 20, Decatur, was issued a Citation for No Valid Driver’s License. Johnson was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Jose Barron, 24, Rantoul, was issued Citations for Disobey Stop Sign; Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident. Barron was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Richard Koch, 63, Farmer City, was arrested and charged with DRVG Under Influ of HUB Alcohol. Koch issued Citations for Driving Under Influence and Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident. Koch posted the necessary bond and was released.

Majaedo Certion, 49, Decatur, was issued a Citation for Driving While License Suspended. Certion was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

Arrianna Riley, 22, Peoria, was issued a Citation for Speeding (26 -34 mph over speed Limit). Riley was given a Notice to Appear and was released.

All subjects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
