Lloyd A. 'Woody' Woodbury, Jr.

CLINTON — Lloyd A. “Woody” Woodbury, Jr., 83, of Clinton, passed away at 9:01 a.m. on January 14, 2022, at his family residence, Clinton.

Visitation will be held from 5–7 p.m. on  Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton.

Memorials may be directed to Lloyd Woodbury memorial fund.

Lloyd was born on December 26, 1938, in Erving, Mass., the son of Lloyd A. and Monetta M. (Masterson) Woodbury. He married Nancy Jane Holden on August 1, 1959, in Erving, Mass.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Jane Woodbury, Clinton; children, Jim (Jeanna) Woodbury, Wapella; Sharon (Jim) Mandrell, Clinton; Becky (Roy) Morris, Clinton; Missy (Rick) Price, Wapella; Jeff (Loretta) Woodbury, Kenney; very special granddaughter, Tiff (Andy) Dunham, Clinton; 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one  great-great grandchild, siblings, Joyce Duguay, Sanborneville, N.H.; Judy Anderson, Wendel Depot, Mass.; and Richard (Karen) Woodbury, Raymond, Maine.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, three grandsons, and two sisters, May Anderson and Louise Golosh.

Lloyd was in the Carpenter’s Local #63,  retiring in 2001 after 13 years of service. Prior to that he was a truck driver for Erving Motors, Erving, Mass., for 11 years and had worked for Triple K Construction and Cinderella Developers. He loved woodworking but most of all spending time with his family. Lloyd’s words to live by were “Stay true to your word. Do good quality work.”
