CLINTON — Twanda Rose “Rosie” Reynolds 83, of Clinton, passed away at 7:42 a.m. on June 3, 2024, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
Graveside services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at DeWitt Cemetery, DeWitt, Ill., with Ernie Harvey, Jr. officiating. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with arrangements.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Rosie was born on June 19, 1940, in Clinton, the daughter of Otis and Helen L. (Campbell) Newberry. She married Jerry Lee Reynolds on July 1, 1957, in DeWitt. He passed away on May 28, 2019.
Survivors include her children, Gary (Jamie) Reynolds, Clinton; Pamela A. (David) Terry, Clinton; Charles Reynolds, Clinton; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Jerry Wayne Reynolds and Scott Patrick Reynolds, grandson, David Terry, and one great-grandson, Zander Reynolds, three brothers and two sisters.
Rosie was a sweet and kind person whose passion in life was to care for other people before herself.
