CLINTON — Finisa Ann Foltz, 64, of Clinton, passed away at 12:02 p.m. on April 2, 2017, at Advocate Christ Medical Center, Oak Lawn, Ill.
Graveside services will be conducted at noon on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Lisenby Cemetery, Lane, Ill., with J. Kent Hickerson officiating. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with cremation rites.
Finisa was born on March 3, 1953, in Clinton, the daughter of Fred and Geneva (Galloway) Followell. She married Dale Foltz on June 24, 1983.
Survivors include her husband, Dale Foltz, Clinton; son, Matthew (Nikki) Foltz, Clinton; grandson, Willis Foltz Clinton; siblings, Betty Foley, Savoy, Ill., Frances Tomes, Clinton, Erma Hopper, Clinton, Bob Followell, Colo., Elmer Followell, Alaska. and Tom Followell, Clinton. Also surviving her cousin and best friend, Shelley Maltby, who she held dear to her heart; along with her “babies” Erin Finger, Clinton, Quentin Finger, Omaha, Neb., Grayson Gentry, Clinton, and Everleigh Gentry, Peoria.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Loyd Followell, Clinton, and Skip Followell, Weldon.
